Are you finding it hard lately to prioritize yourself?
Honestly…Natalie, are you actually asking us this question??
Yes, I’m asking. This is what good coaches DO.
Have you taken the time to explore that constant nagging feeling that you could be approaching career/life in a more mindful, effective and intentional way? Have you booked that needed physio appointment, gone through your summer wardrobe (yes, we’re approaching August), been to that yoga class you keep putting in your calendar?
If not, then we need to talk because moms! It doesn’t HAVE to be this way.
Back to that oxygen mask analogy — and you know what I’m about to say… We are SO MUCH better to those around us when we put ourselves first. Sorry, but you needed to hear it again.
